Robert Hayhow

 

Robert called in 1997 and joined Westwater Advocates in 2008.

He was a litigation solicitor for several years prior to calling.  His practice at the Bar is varied.  He has wide experience of conducting many forms of civil litigation in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Courts and of the conduct of Fatal Accident Inquiries and Employment Tribunals.

He has particular experience in family law with an emphasis on cases relating to financial provision on divorce.
