Gavin J Anderson

Gavin Anderson specialises primarily in criminal law and regulatory matters.

He appears regularly in the High Court of Justiciary and in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland in a broad range of cases.

He has particular experience of health & safety prosecutions involving fatality or serious injury, environmental crimes involving pollution and waste management as well as other forms of commercial crime, including fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy, licensing and company director offences.

He has been instructed for the defence in several prosecutions arising out of fatal road traffic accidents.

He has acted in many cases, both civil and criminal, under proceeds of crime legislation.

He is also instructed in employment law matters, where cases have included unfair dismissal and public interest disclosure issues.
