C Greg Sanders

Greg spent 15 years as a solicitor, in both industry and private practice. Latterly, he was a partner in a leading law firm and, additionally, a part-time tutor in advocacy at the School of Law, Glasgow.

Greg called to the Bar in June 2001.

Greg undertakes a variety of work, primarily civil litigation in the fields of reparation, commercial contract, professional negligence, contentious property litigation and Fatal Accident Inquiries. He regularly acts for both pursuers and defenders.

Whilst primarily a civil practitioner Greg has considerable experience of criminal practice having conducted numerous trials in both the Sheriff Court and High Court. He has also acted a temporary prosecutor in the Sheriff Court and has assisted with the prosecution of cases in the High Court. He has also appeared at numerous Parole Board hearings.
