Kenneth M Christine
Kenneth Christine specialises in personal injury law. He was a solicitor with Thompsons for a number of years before becoming an Advocate. He has appeared for pursuers in both the Inner and Outer Houses of the Court of Session and has also been instructed to appear on their behalf in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. He receives instructions from many of the leading pursuers’ personal injury solicitors in Scotland. He has a wide range of experience in most aspects of personal injury work including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, industrial disease claims, workplace stress and harassment claims and clinical negligence claims. He has represented many of the victims of asbestos exposure. In recent years he has been involved as in a number of cases concerning catastrophic injury including cases of brain and spinal injury.
He is a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers.

- Galbraith v First Glasgow (No.1) Limited [2006] CSOH 36 - entitlement to Court of Session expenses
- Denholm v Gates Power Transmission Ltd [2005] CSOH 102 – Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1 case.
