We are delighted to announce that Alex Critchley joins the stable today after calling at the Bar.
Alex has considerable experience of complex financial provision on divorce and cohabitation claims, involving high-net-worth individuals and a wide range of assets including trusts and businesses.
In child law, Alex has represented clients in contact, residence, relocations, permanence, international child abduction, adoption and surrogacy matters.
Alex holds a doctorate in private international law and he has extensive experience of advising on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments.
