On 21 July from 1pm until 2pm Lynda Brabender QC will be taking part in Clan Childlaw’s webinar, which is on the topic “Brothers and Sisters in Children’s Hearings – What did the Supreme Court decide?”. This free online webinar will be a panel discussion about what the judgment in the ABC case (represented by Lynda Brabender QC) means for young people who would like to be part of children’s hearings being held for their brothers and sisters.
