Westwater Advocates is delighted to announce the return to the bar today of Dr Ian Truscott QC. Widely regarded as one of the foremost employment lawyers in the UK, Ian has spent the last few years working with an international legal firm but has now decided to return to the Faculty of Advocates where he practised successfully for some 25 years. His joining Westwater Advocates will reinforce its reputation as Scotland’s leading stable for all aspects of employment and disciplinary matters.
