The Scottish Government has made education a key objective in an era of financial cuts. This conference majors on special needs and disability in education including a talk on the Government Review “Making sense: Education for Children and Young People with Dyslexia”. In addition talks with cover current education law problems for local authorities, the controversial issue of school closures and on placing requests and appeals. The day will end with a Case Law update.
