Gavin Anderson has been invited to speak at Central Law Training’s Health and Safety Law Conference 2012, which shall take place in Edinburgh on 30 October 2012.
Gavin specialises in all forms of white collar and regulatory crime, and has extensive experience of defending in health and safety prosecutions. He shall speak on recent developments in relation to investigations, disclosure of evidence and sentencing.
