Greg Cunningham has been appointed to the ELA working group that has been set up to prepare a submission in response to the call for evidence by the Parliamentary Joint Select Committee on Human Rights. This inquiry will look at the extent to which human rights are protected and respected in the workplace. Subjects of interest include freedom association and trade union activities (Article 11 ECHR); surveillance and workplace monitoring (Article 8 ECHR); freedom of expression (Article 10 ECHR); protection from modern slavery (Article 5); and discrimination (Article 14 ECHR).
