Westwater Advocates is delighted to welcome Ken McGuire to the stable.
Ken called to the Scottish bar in 2010 and his practice is now primarily in Scotland. Ken has been practicing at the English bar since 2000 and continues to be a door tenant of 3 Paper Building, his London chambers.
Ken specialises in employment and equalities law where he represents both employers and employees in employment tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Session. Ken’s other areas of expertise are industrial relations, equlities, contract and commercial, public law and human rights law.
