Launched in 2013 in response to an increasing demand for the expertise within Westwater Advocates in all areas of commercial law, the Westwater Advocates Commercial Dispute Resolution Group comprises seven of our commercial practitioners, providing specialist knowledge and experience at all levels of seniority.

The Westwater Advocates Insurance Law Group brings together Westwater Advocates practising in insurance law and experienced in advising on policy cover. The Group consists of members with relevant specialist knowledge and expertise.

Medical Law encompasses the regulation and provision of public and private health care to patients and the arrangements made to facilitate and control the delivery of such care. It includes administrative law, public health law, contract, clinical malpractice, mental health law, public inquiries, regulatory and employment law.

The Westwater Advocates Property Law Group brings together the Westwater advocates who have a specialist knowledge and experience in all aspects of property and environmental law.
