Westwater’s Mark Allison has successfully represented a former female armed policing officer in Employment Tribunal claims of sex discrimination and victimisation against Police Scotland. The Claimant was found to have been victimised by numerous senior police officers – up to and including in relation to her ill-health retirement – because she had made complaints of sex discrimination.
