Westwater Advocate Andrew Hajducki QC has been shortlisted by The Legal 500 for ‘Silk of the Year’ in the Regional and Scottish category which covers chambers throughout Britain outside London. Andrew called to the bar in 1979 and took Silk in 1994. He is a recognised expert in civil jury trials having written the seminal text on the subject and in the last year his cases included securing an award for damages for two firefighters injured during the course of duty and settling the only publicly funded liability case involving Vioxx on the eve of the poof with the case ready to run.
