Eight members of Westwater Advocates have come together to set up a new group to focus on all aspects of property, planning and environmental law. The members of the group are Sir Crispin Agnew of Lochnaw Bt QC, Bryan Heaney, Greg Sanders, Gavin Anderson, Donald Cameron, Adrian Stalker, Neil MacDougall and David Anderson. Each member has an active involvement in and experience of the intricacies of these specialised areas and the group is keen to share its accumulated knowledge by providing training tailored to the individual requirements of legal firms and other professionals.
The group’s co-ordinator Sir Crispin Agnew QC said, “Our aim is to provide a structure to improve access to the formidable expertise within our stable in these specialist areas.”
Clerk Sheila Westwater added, “I am delighted that we are able to launch this new group just as a new court term is about to begin. Anyone interested in discussing training which the group can provide should not hesitate to contact me.”
