This year’s UKELA (Scottish) Annual Conference, Access to Environmental Justice and Other Issues, will take place in Edinburgh on Thursday 5 October.
Westwater Advocate Sir Crispin Agnew QC is speaking at the conference on “Does Wednesbury protect the environment? The need for an environmental court.” The stable is also sponsoring the event by paying for 5 law students with an interest in Environmental law to attend.
The conference offers 6 hours of CPD and will take place at the Apex Hotel, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh from 9.45am until 4.45pm.
