We are delighted to announce that John Laing and Terence Merck join the stable today after calling at the Bar.
As a solicitor John has advised clients in all aspects of child and family law as well as public law. He has been instructed in petitions to the nobile officium and a judicial review concerning child related issues which reached the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
Terence’s practice is multi-disciplinary and he brings considerable experience, particularly in employment, commercial, clinical negligence and personal injury law. He has served on the Advocate General’s Panel of Nominated Presenting Officers.
