Gavin Anderson, who specialises in regulatory crime, shall be one of the speakers at CLT Scotland’s Health & Safety Conference 2015.
His talk shall focus on recent Scottish cases on criminal procedure and sentencing in the context of serious health and safety offences.
This year’s conference, to be held at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, draws speakers not only from The Faculty of Advocates, but also from the Bar of England & Wales, Crown Office and HSE.
