Housing expert Adrian Stalker of Westwater Advocates acted for a homeless Sudanese refugee living in Scotland and succeeded in establishing that a local authority acted unlawfully in failing to provide accommodation and assistance to the refugee and his family following the Coronavirus lockdown, in March 2020.
