Greg appeared for the defender in Woolley-v-Akram [2017] SC EDIN 7.
The case raises a number of interesting evidential issues, the method of quantifying damages and the application of the Data Protection Act 1998 in a domestic and commercial context. It is believed to be the first reported case of its kind.
